3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To create events, you must register for an account. You may register using:

Google OAuth authentication

3.2 Account Responsibilities

All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

9. Fees and Payment

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@signupzoom.com. Account deletion is immediate and permanent, and will remove all your events, sign-ups, and personal information from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
At our discretion if we cease providing the Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
